Welcome to Bhitchitra. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bhitchitra website and your purchase of wallpapers and related products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Bhitchitra

Bhitchitra is a wallpaper and decorative printing business operating from Noida, India.

Through our website, customers can view and purchase wallpaper products and other decorative artwork offered by Bhitchitra.

2. Products and Services

Bhitchitra primarily provides printed wallpaper products.

Product images, previews, colours, textures and patterns displayed on the website are intended for representation purposes. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, display settings, printing process, lighting conditions and material used.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product, design, material, specification or price without prior notice.

3. Custom Designs and Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers may provide their own designs, images or artwork to Bhitchitra through WhatsApp for the purpose of printing wallpaper.

By providing any image, artwork, photograph, logo, design or other material to Bhitchitra, the customer confirms that:

• They have the necessary rights, permissions or authorization to use and reproduce the material.
• The material does not knowingly infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
• They are responsible for any claims, disputes or legal issues arising from the material supplied by them.

Bhitchitra may refuse to print any material that we reasonably believe may be illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

4. AI-Generated Artwork

Some wallpapers, artwork or visual designs available through Bhitchitra may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools.

AI-assisted or AI-generated artwork may occasionally contain unintended visual details, inaccuracies or artifacts.

The availability of AI-generated artwork on our website does not by itself guarantee that the artwork is eligible for copyright protection or that Bhitchitra has exclusive intellectual-property rights over every element of such artwork.

Where third-party characters, trademarks, logos or other protected material appear in artwork, the respective rights may belong to their respective owners.

5. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order will be considered accepted only after Bhitchitra confirms the order and/or payment, as applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Payment-related issues.
• Inability to fulfil the order.
• Customer-provided artwork that cannot reasonably be printed.
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If Bhitchitra cancels an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount paid for that order will be refunded through the applicable payment method or another reasonable method.

6. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the customer places the order, subject to errors or omissions.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be communicated/displayed as applicable before completion of the purchase.

7. Payments

Bhitchitra may accept payments through available online payment methods, including UPI and debit/credit cards or other payment methods made available on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing the payment through the available payment interface.

If a payment is deducted from the customer's account but the order is not successfully confirmed, the customer should contact Bhitchitra with the relevant transaction details.

8. Custom and Printed Products

Wallpaper orders may be printed according to the customer's selected design, size, quantity and other specifications.

Because printing is involved, minor variations in colour, alignment, texture or appearance may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements and specifications where such information is requested from them.

Bhitchitra does not currently provide installation services. Installation, wall preparation and application of wallpaper are the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Delivery

Bhitchitra will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, transportation issues, natural events or other unforeseen circumstances.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact information.

10. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Bhitchitra as soon as possible.

Cancellation may not be possible once a custom or printed order has entered production.

For customized or specially printed products, cancellation after production has started may not be accepted.

Any cancellation and refund will be handled according to the applicable refund policy and the stage of order processing.

11. Returns, Refunds and Replacement

Because wallpapers may be printed specifically according to a customer's selected design, size or requirements, customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return merely because the customer has changed their mind.

However, if a product is received damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact Bhitchitra as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us evaluate the issue.

Where Bhitchitra determines that a replacement or refund is appropriate, we will provide the applicable remedy according to the circumstances and our refund policy.

Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.

12. Product Inspection

Customers should inspect the delivered wallpaper before installation.

If the product appears to have a printing defect, damage or an incorrect specification, the customer should contact Bhitchitra before installing or using the product.

Bhitchitra may not be responsible for issues that arise after the customer has installed, cut, modified, damaged or otherwise used the product.

13. Installation

Bhitchitra currently does not provide wallpaper installation services.

The customer is responsible for:

• Preparing the wall.
• Measuring the installation area correctly.
• Selecting an appropriate installation method.
• Arranging installation through their own installer, where required.

We recommend checking the wallpaper and its condition before installation.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Bhitchitra name, logo, website design, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and other website content are owned by or licensed to Bhitchitra and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

For customer-provided artwork, the customer retains responsibility for the rights associated with that artwork.

By submitting artwork to Bhitchitra for printing, the customer grants Bhitchitra the limited permission necessary to reproduce and process that artwork solely for fulfilling the customer's order.

15. Prohibited Content

Bhitchitra will not knowingly accept artwork or orders involving content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

This may include material that:

• Infringes copyright or trademark rights.
• Uses another person's photograph without appropriate authorization where such authorization is required.
• Contains unlawful or fraudulent material.
• Contains prohibited or abusive content.
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

Bhitchitra reserves the right to refuse such orders.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website accurate.

However, errors, omissions, typographical mistakes or technical issues may occasionally occur.

Bhitchitra reserves the right to correct such errors and update website information when necessary.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bhitchitra will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bhitchitra's responsibility in relation to a specific product will generally be limited to the remedies available under these Terms and applicable law.
