Return Policy

We want you to love what arrives at your door. Here's how returns and replacements work.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Because most of our prints and murals are printed specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind on custom sizes or Studio commissions — please double check size and design before confirming your order.

Standard-size prints

For unopened, standard-catalogue-size prints, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund process

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
